Complaint: I ordered a light bar on February 24th 2010 and promised delivery date was March 05. After March 5th I made repeated calls, often getting a busy signal or answering machine and sent 3 emails but no replies. The one time I did speak to someone they asked me what I ordered (big light bar or small light bar?), did not ask for an order number or confirmation number they told me will be shipped the next day. This would have been March 11th. UPS tracking number showed no delivery, I tried to contact seller but again, no replies to my emails and either busy signals or answering machine. I contacted my credit card company and had the charge cancelled and reversed. I WILL REMEMBER to research all internet venders before ordering anything over the internet.
