Complaint: Buyer Beware On 12/12/06, I called Legion Global and ordered 2-110cc p***y Cat ATVs 1-Pink and 1 Blue. At that time I was quoted a price of $800.00 each. Once the ordering process was started I was told that I would also have to pay $90.00 each unit to ensure delivery by 12/22/06. I was also told that I would have to pay 5% sales tax on this order. On the companies web site it reads that it normally takes 1-3 days for an item to be packed and shipped. The company that they shipped through was Roadrunner Dawes Freight Services. I was also told that I would get an e-mail conformation when the order shipped. On 12/20/06 I still had not received an e-mail conformation and began e-mailing and calling the company to get an explaination. I had to leave messages on their answering machine and no one ever called back. On 12/21/06 I got a brief e-mail that listed the shipping company and tracking number with no explaination offered. On 12/22/06 I tracked the package through the freight companies website to Memphis, TN. I spoke to the freight company and I was told that they were not aware of any increased rate for express shipping, as they normally only take 2-3 days to deliver from the area where my packages were picked up to my area. Due to the holiday schedule, my package would not be delivered until Tuesday or Wednesday. I called Legion Global back and was passed from person to person on the phone until I got to talk to Frank Thomas, a partner of the business. He said that it takes 7-10 days to ship an order and offered no explaination as to why I was promised my package and did not have it. I told him that on the website it says 1-3 days to process and on the freight companies website it takes 1-3 days to arrive so my package should have already been here. He said that his company had done nothing wrong and was not willing to do anything about it. He advised me to read the disclaimer on the website. I asked why it took 8 days to ship my package and I was told that he had 7-10 days regardless of what I was told at the time I ordered. Today, 12/28/06, I received my order from 12/12/06. The order was incorrect. I ordered a solid pink ATV and a solid blue ATV. I got a red camo ATV and a blue camo ATV and they were marked accordingly on the outside of the box. I called and talked to Ryan at Legion Global and asked him if I could send them back. He told me that I could not get a refund and that I needed to accept them as they are and email pictures of the tags and the ATVs to the parts department and they would send new shells which I would have to install. I asked if I could just send them back for an exchange and I was told that I was already getting the better end of the deal because I would end up with an extra shell for each. I explained to him that I did not want the color that I got that is why I did not order that color to begin with. He told me that I was lucky, because they got in the ballpark with the colors. I also was told that most people want yellow, green, or camo which is harder to get. I explained again that if I had wanted those colors, I would have ordered them to begin with. I was not offered any furthur explaination or means to resolve this problem other than send pictures to the parts department. The ATVs will not run and when they do something breaks on them. I have spent more time repairing them than they have been used. After comparing the ATVs received to the ones ordered on the website, I noticed that they are not what I ordered. I contacted Legion Global and was again asked to send pictures by email to the parts and service department and a service manager would call me back. I have not received a call and when I called back , there was noone there that knew what I was talking about. I was told again that there was nothing they could do for me today and that a service manager would review the pictures if I send them again and call me back. I sent the pictures again and am still awaiting a return call. This is by far the worst company I have ever had to deal with. They ignore phone calls, pass you from person to person within the company when you do takl to someone, are very rude and unwilling to help on the phone. After the sale, they acted as if everything was my fault and were unwilling to resolve the issue. I will have to take legal action against the company in order to resolve this issue. The minimum amount I am seeking now is a FULL REFUND and return shipping. Tell everone you know about this company. William Hornsby, TennesseeU.S.A.
