i placed an order on nov 22 for $68.00 worth of tanning products. after 2 weeks, no products. sent an email which was responded to w/in a very unprofessional manner. stating how sad i was that i did not read the disclaimer which stated 30 days for delivery. after 28 days tried to contact the company via phone. no answer, after 2 days of this i again sent an email. one response which asked for my order #. i did send that. that was on dec 12. nto this day (dec 26) there is no other emails nor have i received my products. i did contact my credit card company & they are disputing the charge and will refund me the $$ amount. thank god i did use my credit card instead of a debit card. nthis company is a total disgrace and is robbing many people. i have NEVER had a problem w/ordering anything online. have done it for years. hope this company is stopped soon. jail time for criminals sounds good to me!! nMary annenperry, IowaU.S.A.
