LVAC Henderson Nevada Review

My husband has been a member of LVAC for about a year now. Recently, I noticed they are pulling quite a scheme. They have been double charging his bank account! They charge him the normal monthly fee on or around the 10th of the month, then about a week later charge him ANOTHER $20. This is what they claim: they tried to collect their monthly fee on the 8th, but there was “insufficent funds”” and they had to do it a day or two later. This is NOT TRUE. They then charge an additional $20 late fee. I caught on to their scheme

and they swore up and down that he didn’t have the funds in his bank every month when they tried to charge him; this is not the case. He called his bank to find out if they ever tried to charge his account on the 8th
