I placed an order from Mango Products back in February 2009. My credit card was quickly charged. I waited the 4-6 weeks for delivery, but I did not receive my product. I sent an e-mail. I did not receive a response. It has since been 8 months and 5 more e-mails later, all without getting what I ordered or a single response to my e-mails. This is absolutely unprofessional and criminal. Countless others are in the same position as I, and this is unacceptable. Mango Products caters to a very connected community where word of mouth is extremely valuable, so if you have had the same problem do not let it go. Fight, fight, fight!
