I have been a victim of Matrix Medical Network’s poor customer service, deceit and underhandness. On 6 occasions, I have requested that they stop contacting me when I have declined not to answer surveys or questionnaires. I consider the first contact as an inquiry and anything thereafter is considered harassment. I have also declined their in-home health assessments. However, Matrix Medical Network does not take no for an answer and persists in gaining all of my private information for their use. Because of their bullying tactics I have gone so far in demanding they cease their contact with me and even written letters of objections. Matrix Medical Network’s Director of Compliance Juan M. Chavez has encouraged his employees to get personal and private information at all costs even intimidating the customer. These tactics should not be tolerated and Juan M. Chavez needs to drastically change his behavior. Employees have reviewed Matrix Medical Network unfavorably. This speaks volumes. Matrix Medical Network is not qualified to handle data gathering and their ignorance shows. Matrix Medical Network is violating the Medicare policy in demanding that Medicare Beneficiaries do not have to fill out any survey or questionnaire regarding any private information.
