Complaint: I purchased 3 new tires from Mavis in NY before driving back to my home in Montana. Within 24 hours the front left tire was low. I suspected they did not mount it correctly. Since I was traveling across the US, I stopped once or twice a day and put air in it. When I arrived home I took the rim and tire to my local Pro Tire and they told me that whoever had mounted the new tire cracked my rim and it could not be repaired. When I contacted the Peekskill store, I was transferred three different times before reaching the manager who told me that it was my “misfortune”” for not still being in NY where they could see the rim. I asked for an email address to send the pictures to and was directed to “”“” which by the way
