I call Meaningful Beauty and informed them I am returning the product. I was not informed of the 60 policy on the telephone and it did not say it on the packing slip. Their return policy stinks. They received it right after the 60th day and will not refund the first payment installment. I am now out 59.00 of the first monthly installment and no product. They should have refused the package or sent me a letter stating why they could not refund my money and sent me back the merchandise. They still want the next payment of 79.90 and I have no product. They even tried to tell me they didn’t receive it, until I provided the tracking #. I am not a well person and it is hard for me to get to the post office. Total loss of 138.90. MEANINGFUL LESSON!!!!
