Complaint: We leased a Hummer 3 in 2006. When the lease ran out, we purchased the car, with an extended warranty. Upon trying to replace a cracked windshield, we discovered that the light bar was installed by Moore Cadillac and Hummer incorrectly. To put in a new windshield, the old light bar had to be broken and here is where the fun begins. Audra, who is in charge of Customer Relations agreed that it was Moore Cadillac’s mistake. She had it approved that the lightbar and kit would be sent to the dealer closest to me in Va Beach to be installed and labor included on Moore Cadillac and Hummer. ( We are talking about $800.00+ and labor. Keep in mind folks, we have an extended warranty) After at least 2 months later, and no return phone calls, and being passed off to other employees, no one will return phone calls. When you file a complaint with Michael Core, he doesn’t respond. The main parts person – Richard Brillhart, appears knowledgeable at first, pleasant, but then he too gives you the run around, making you feel that there is no one at Moore that can be trusted. Not one of these folks, Audra, Richard or their boss will return calls. Still waiting on my parts to arrive. The Dealership here, in Tidewater, has been wonderful and cannot believe how I have been treated. Needless to say, my car is inoperable, and I have not been able to use this car for work in over a week. So, don’t let the shiny suits and bright smiles over the phone fool you. Keep walking.
