I have ordered from in the past and had no problems. But on November 28, 2011 I placed an order for $106. After a few weeks, the website said “warehouse processing order”” which was only supposed to take 10 days at most. On December 28

the status was the same and I sent an email inquiring. I received no response and after more than a week

I sent a follow up email and got no response despite the fact that the website raves about their customer service and goal of responding to emails in 1-2 business days. I tried calling the number on the website and no matter what time I called

I either got a busy signal or a recording because of “”high call volume.”” I kept trying again and again and could never talk to a person. What was strange was that the recording said to “”leave a message about the company you are calling about”” and “”you can place an order on our website”” but never identified themselves.
