I am a little disappointed in your cancellation policy. I placed an order for the Muscle Focus sample online on August 28, 2014, the order was filled on September 2, 2014, and I received your product on September 8, 2014. I contacted the company customer service department on September 8, 2014, the day I received the order, to cancel any and all future orders effective immediately and was told that I was a 2 days late. Per your customer service representative, I needed to cancel within 10 and since I did not contact customer service my first 30 day supply was shipped on September 6, 2014, at a cost of $105. I did not realize that the 10 days was calendar days which includes a holiday (Labor Day) and weekends. I called as soon as I received the trial shipment and was not expecting to be charged $105 for something that I do not intend on using after finishing the sample. As a disabled combat veteran who is trying to get my health and life back together, I was looking for other ways to get my body back in shape before my injuries but apparently it is more important for Muscle Focus to make a quick buck than to do the right thing and honor my request. I do not want the shipment and my credit card was already charged the $105. The only thing I want from Muscle Focus is a full refund of the $105 they stole from me.
