Dear Sir; I was asked to do a survey on the internet for the survey I was offered an anti wrinkle cream and an eye cream I was only to pay the shipping cost which I did the product was free. The following month I was being charged 89.80 and 89.10. I called my card charge to dispute the charges and the company told them that I had signed up to recieve the product monthly at this cost. The survey did not mention any continuation of the cream, My card companu suggested that I call them to resolve the charges I did this. I was told that it would be better if I just paid half of the cost and they would cancel my subscription this was not agreeable for me, I felt I had been scammed. Finally after many calls I finally got some one who gave me areturn number and how to do it and I was told the charges would be dropped. I returned the creams as they suggested as of today they say they have not recieved the creasm back. I have both tracking numbers and did everything I was told and to date the charges are still on my card. I am being charged 89.85 and 89.10 for thin air because both creams were sent back. What else can I do?
