This company is taking advantage of my mother-in-law by charging her a premium for her dead husband. He has been gone for 5 years. The premium is automatically deducted from her checking account. The bank told her to contact the company. How can we get these people to stop taking health care premiums for a deceased person? Contacting them is a joke. I may as well be talking to a rock. Meanwhile, the $89.00 continues to be deducted from a dead person’s wife’s account. nLindanJackson, GeorgiaU.S.A.
