I place an order with this company July 6th 2008. I sent them a personal check which they cashed as my bank statement indicated. They sent me a medical history form which I filled out and sent to them. Their letter stated that they would mail me a status letter in three weeks opon receiving the medical history form. It has been six weeks and I have yet to hear from them. I sent a letter of inquiry to their business address and they have not replied.
