Complaint: Went in looking for a new truck and explained to them that I am a disabled american veteran with dyslexia of numbers. The man said that he would do everything to help me obtain financing and that he would assist me with my disability and put me into a new truck. Instead while they made everything seem like they were considerate of my disability they were laughing in their minds. I later went to John Hall Chevrolet to purchase a newer truck they told me that they could not take my truck in trade because I had been ripped off by New Smyrna Chevrolet and they could no where consider my truck for a trade due to the amount owed. When I confronted Chevy Corporate Office they told me that there was nothing that they could do and they left it at that. I just received a letter from Ed Peper the Vice President of Chevy telling me to consider since they have strived to hear the honor of America’s Best, I shook my head in disbelief saying if they are celebrating their 21 century with the new camaro. They should consider being a little more supportive to their customers who have been buying their vehicles their whole lives. This is what I call being supportive and since they on the other hand have been not been supportive to me, I will no longer purchase another Chevy product as long as I live. I still can not believe how manipulative they were and I plead with all especially U.S. Military Veterans to watch out as they are bad, manipulative and especially when they told me that they were only making a 100.00 profit on that truck. Well I feel that I should of atleast had a huge jar of vaseline as I really took it bad. I would like to thank my friend that has come to me and assisted me in writing this and now helps me with numbers. Shane Ormond Beach, FloridaU.S.A.
