In January of 2012 I ordered 3 bottles of dietary suppliments. On March 9, 2012 I receive another 3 bottles. I called customer service and complained about the second shipment of the suppliments, she stated I must have hit the button for Smart Ship to automately receive this order every 2-3 month’s, I told her “I didn’t hit the reorder button I’ve ordered online many times and know what to watch for””. nI asked the service representitive what their procedure was for returning the product? I was told just put the return label on the box and send it back I responded you mean I have to go to a UPS sub station to drop the package off
and I said that was unacceptable then she said i’ll talk to my supervisor
she said her supervisor said they will send me a pickup form so now it can be picked up at my home. nThis company is unethical and lacks any integrity
I don’t understand how company’s like this stay in business?”
