I too was a scammed by this company. Money was taken from my account on June 16,2007 I am still waiting for product, I was told my Phaedra that she would put in a ticket request for a refund and that I should go to the Post Office and file a claim, with what, I was give a bogus tracking # the firt time. I feel that this company should be stop, if there is more the one person complaining about a company then I think something/or someone should do something about them.
