Complaint: I ordered a 65 ss chevelle 12 bolt complete rear end. I sent a money order on Dec. 27,2006. The company cashed my money order on Jan.8 2007. I have made several calls and talked to a person named Ray. I’ve asked to talk to Mark, the owner or have him call me back, with the shipping company name, number,shipping date, etc. Mark is who I originally talked to. After several more calls and Ray directing his vulgar language at me on the phone, I finally got Mark’s cell phone number, I left my number and message, for him to call me back, and still no respondce. I have contacted a lawyer in Michigan who advised me to wait one more week, before something is finally filed. I also have e-mailed the better business bureau in Sacramento California. There respondce was it could take six to nine weeks before they will consider my case. Can you help me, or advise me what my next step should be. I want my money and a apology for the vulgar language and the stress I have been under for over two months dealing with this company, and reimburment for my phone calls, time, etc. Thank you for your time and help with this matter.
