I placed an order through Payless Lotions website at www.paylesslotions.com on 4-18-08. They were very quick to charge my account on 4-21-08, but I have yet to receive the product!!! They did not send an e-mail confirming my order. Luckily, I did print my receipt at the time of the order. nI tried calling the number listed on the website and the phone number that appeared on my charge statement, but they do not answer the phone. I’ve also sent several e-mails that they have not responded to. I did receive a notice on 4-29-08 with a shipper’s tracking number. I have checked the status every day and it says that the USPS has not yet received the item for shipment. nAfter looking at this website I see several other people have had the same experience with Payless Lotions that I am having. I wish I had checked this website before I placed my order. If I had seen the reports I never would have placed an order with Payless Lotions. nTheir website does state that according to their agreement with the charge companies they have up to 30 days to send the shipment. I have never had this problem before. I did request and pay extra $$ for priority mail with insurance. nThis company needs to be shut down!!! nPeggynIndependence, MissouriU.S.A.
