Complaint: My story is very similar to other you will rean on this blog. Lots of empty promisses. I was initially told my transmission would arrive in 7-10 business day. When the transmission finally did arrive a month later it was the wrong one. I returned the tranmission and immediately filed a complaint with my credit card company and it’s a good thing that I did. I have in writting a fax from “PRT”” that my account would be credited (less shipping charges) within 10 businees days. Needless to say that did not happed. Don’t mess around with this guy. If you have a problem simply go through your credit card company to resolve ths issue. If you try to resolve it dealing with the onwer you will only get a bunch of lip service. David Discovery Bay
