I ordered the Be active brace on Sept 19,2014 and allowed the recommended time of 2-3 weeks for delivery. I did not recv the merchandise. I then called the customer service number for Plymouth Direct on Oct 20,2014 and was told that my order is placed on back order for 3 more weeks. I then requested to cancel. I got an email confirmation of the cancellation ( which is attached) Thank you for your order and your call. We would like to apologize for the delay in shipping your merchandise. Unfortunately, item Be Active Brace is still out of stock. As per your instructions, we have cancelled your backordered order# 22818750. Please allow up to 5 business days for any charges to reverse. When I call the customer service number now I am not able to reach anyone. All I get is the run around , busy signals and disconnected 3 times now. when will I rich my refund or is this just a scam. If so i will be forwarding a complaint to The Better Business Bureau.
