PREFERRED AUTO MANAGEMENT Thornton Colorado

Complaint: We signed a contract with PAM in 2009. The vehicle was to be kept in the state, with 12K miles per year. Payments made by client on time, or paid by Chris Sanchez within 3 business days. Payments were late in Jan, Feb, Mar. We began in April asking for the late fees refunded and the car returned. We were told the car was in AZ and would be returned in May. We made payments in April and May, come June we were still told the car would be returned. Then most of June Chris ignored our phone calls and told lie after lie and blamed it on bankruptcy of his company. Now in July we find out the car is in Maryland and he Refuses to go get it. Won’t refund us the more then $2200 he owes us and will not get our vehicle back. His response “take me to court
