ProActiv Horsham Pennsylvania Review

I ordered ProActiv for my son and I to use/try out. After about 1 month we decided we didn’t want it because we could get the same benefit from a store bought, similar product for a lesser price. I called to cancel my “membership”” and was told all was cancelled and to keep the last of the product that was left. This was in August. September rolls around and I get charged again. I call to make sure its cancelled

the kind lady says it was cancelled and she cancelled the shipment

however I never received a refund. It is now October

I come home from work and there is a shipment at my door. I check my bank statement and I was charged yet AGAIN!! I call a third time and when I tell the girl I want to cancel she tries the “”we are experiencing technical difficulties”” BS. I cut her off before she could finish talking. She says she will document that I have cancelled and that I will receive a refund within 4 to 6 weeks after they receive the pacakge back. And to make sure I put a shipping/signature confirmation on the package. So

I will have to pay to ship it back to Proactiv and they will refund me back

Not really. In spite of the review published here, there has been no response from ProActiv Horsham Pennsylvania Review. Lack of accountability is a major factor in determining trust.
