Complaint: i got 3 words, BUNCH OF CROCKS, Layers, very dishonest, extremely unprofessional, DONT BE FOOLED again BE WARNED, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM YOU WILL REGRAT IT First of all I bought a 98 BMW 540i in 2006 the very next day It brook down, I tried to talk to the auction about it and they said that its on me since I already bought the car, they would not even look at it, they hung up on me all the time, told me not to call there again, anyways after taking the car to few shops the cheapest price to fix it was $3500 and not to mention every mechanic that checked the car said that the millage had to be false but no way to prove it. I tried to talk to the auction again to see if they would at least split the repair cost they laughed at me, anyways this car was nothing but problems, 2 years later and about $7000 in total repairs I decided to trade in and my dump a*s went back to the same people thinking maybe they would cut me a break since they missed up the first time and also based on their words telling me well help you with your next purchase, so I went back and traded it with a 2001 Infiniti i30. I still owed about $13000 on my BMW and they were supposed to pay it off based on the contract, few weeks later I got a bill from my old finance company for the payment on the BMW even though I dont owen it anymore so I called the finance company and they said that they never received anything from the dealer or the auction I should say. I tried to talk to the auction to see why they didnt pay the trade in balance, for another month I couldnt get anything but being transferred from one person to another, and here is the crazy part none of them knew what I was talking about even the guy that financed my car pretended that he doesnt know who I am or what loan, anyways after giving them hell I finally got someone who somewhat knew what he was talking about and he promised me that he would work with me, and put in mind that I had to lose days of my work go down there and tell them that im filling a lawsuit. anyways another month goes by and I had to make another payment on a car that I dont even own anymore otherwise they would ruin my credit, anyways finally they claimed that they sent a check to the finance company, next thing I know the finance company didnt get the full amount for some odd reason, so I call back and what you know, another two weeks of hanging up and voice mails, and people would say well call you back and never do, and finally today I get a guy by name Mario Luis telling me that this is how we operate and well send you a check for the difference, but it can take up to two month and when I told him how bad of dealership they are and how they dont know how treat costumers, he told me to F* OFF and that he takes back what he said and that he will not help me. So at this point im escalating this issue to law, and I started a lawsuit with my layer against them, and oh I forgot to mention the transmitission on the new car went bad already after two month and about 800 miles, and when I bought it they claimed that it had 78,654 miles, which is low and again I took it to different mechanics and they all said the millage have been played with so my advice is STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE THEIR CARS ARE MISSED WITH AND NO SUCH THING AS CUSTOMER SERVICE, YOUR BETTER OFF TALKING TO A ROCK God Bless You All and Good Luck Purchasing Your Car Fady Monrovia, CaliforniaUnited States Minor Outlying Islands
