Repeat the Heat.com Laurel Montana Review

I purchased a Repeat The Heat neck pad last December from a promotional booth in Los Angeles. I was impressed with how quickly the pad heated up. I too was douped. When I purchased it I did not realize the length of time it took to regenerate the pad to a liquid state after use. My husband loved the effect anyway so I painstakingly boiled the pad each time after use. Now, even after boiling it will not stay liquified. As soon as I take it out of the water it starts to form to solid again. There is supposedly a life-time guarantee. Has anyone had luck in getting money back? I spent nearly $70 on the pad.
