Complaint: On 10/3/08 I paid Rhino Engines And Transmissions 2,284.00 for a 5.3L engine. The sale person promise me that this engine will be shipped to me in 2-3 business days. After the 5th business day past I call customer service to check on progress of my order. To be told by Cindy in customer service that there was a problem in production for this engine that I order. for 5-6 week after I were told the same story. On 11/24/08 I cancel my order with customer service supervisor Tim asking to refund my back to me. as 12/5/08 still no refund and supervisor Tim is not returning any of my call. I hope there is some one out there can put a stop to this kind of business. Getting mad Tampa, FloridaU.S.A.
