I call this company and talked to a salesperson goes by the name of Adriana and put an order of 5000 pieces of Maybelline mascara. The order consisted of 2 different models, 2000 pieces of lash stylist and 3000 pieces of unstoppable. The order was confirmed via email between me and Adriana. What they did instead, they sent me the 5000 pieces of lash stylist only. I called them and asked to return the 3000 pieces, even offering for shipping, and either replace them or give me a refund and they refused both requests. However, what they suggested instead is offering a $1000 credit on a new order, and the offer was made by a lady goes by the name of Tally. I spent more then $7500 on the 3000 pieces and they offered only $1000 credit. Another suggestion they made is selling the product while I have it and it is been since April and nothing has happened. Around the same time putting the mascara order, I put another order of mix product (5000 pieces) which contain make up, lotions, nail polishes and other stuff. The majority of the product had expired dates. I tried in many ways to get something from them for the wrong order of the mascara order and got nowhere. I complained about them to the Better Business Bureau, and they responded by a bunch of lies. I responded back on their reponse and did not bother to defend their position, and their grade on the BBB is a D+. This company seems to have a very bad reputation and getting away with a lot of wrong doing. Therefore, someone has to put an end to this practices. If some of the people who get burned by this company would like to file a law suit, I’ll be glad to join in. Companies like that give our great country a bad name and should stop immediately.
