Majestic Mountain Sage is a company to avoided if you want honesty, and good customer service. I have order from the for many years and try to avoid them when I can. I was in a bind and placed a order that I need quickly so I request 3 day select UPS. The package sat at the UPS 7 days. When I called them they apologized and informed I needed to contact the company for a refund. THAT was the mistake. nChristina got on the phone and was immediately upset, and told me it was my fault for order a 3 day select instead of ground because ground only takes 2 days, and select cost extra money. So I requested a refund from UPS. You then decided go into various different stories about when you order something for a special time it get’s kicked in the corner and forgotten. when I said that was unexceptable, she yelled she was just trying to teach me something. When I said I was not going to except paying for something then given an excuse for it. She HUNG up in my face. nI called back because I thought it was a mistake, she got on the phone again YELLED she was talking to UPS and that I was rude, and HUNG UP on me again. I asked it she was the owner before she slammed the phone and she said YES! This is the exact behaviour a company gives customers when they make enough money to pay there bills. I won’t even go into the quality of the product, I usually only get bottles, the other is taking a chance. nThis a behavior sign, that WE don’t care, we will sale you anything, charge you extra money and treat you like crap, and continue on fooling other people to get what they need.
