Complaint: I took my car in to have a clutch replaced in September of 2008. Within 3 months the clutch line broke. I took it back to him and replaced the clutch cable, charging me for it. Exactly 3 months later I had to take it back again cause the clutch cable broke again. He didn’t charge me this time for it. Exactly 3 months later we were back again for a broken clutch line. I had been back every 3 months so I finally took it in to another shop, December 2009 in which we had to replace another clutch cable along with a bracket in which I paid 495 dollars to have it repaired. I contacted Greg in which he acted like he was going to take care of it. Never heard back from him. 3 Months later we were experiencing the rubbing and squeaking of the cable which I took it back to the 2nd shop and they said I needed another clutch. Took it back to Springs Transmission in which Greg said he could fix the problem. Here I am again, several rental car charges later, taking the car to another shop where someone can finally fix the issue. I am expecting to pay again to have a job done that should have been completed in the first place. I am waiting for a full report on the work that he performed on my car. I will be filing in the colorado springs court. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS PLACE FOR ANYTHING!!!!!!
