Complaint: 2 parts were wrong size. Called and emailed multiple times over past 4 weeks and have not received replacement parts. I purchased a SR-7HN model lift from Superlifts.com for ~$3,700 in late Oct 2009. When it finally arrived 3 weeks later, I noticed the assembly instructions were poor: containing typos, inaccuracies and were very ambiguous. Upon assembly, I noted 2 key parts were the wrong size, preventing completion of the lift. I emailed on 21 Nov 2009 and called Superlifts on 23 Nov 2009 and left a message, each with no response. I also sent emails requesting the parts be express mailed since I now have no use of my left garage because the lift is just sitting there, incomplete and parking cars in the driveway in cold and snow. I called several more times and spoke to Jim and Dustin. Each time they indicated the parts were sent. The parts never arrived. I’ve called their cell phones, their main office and sent emails. On one ocassion Jim told me he sent the parts on 3 Dec 2009 and then proceeded to ask what parts they were and would check on it again. Customer service seems empathetic, yet never returns calls or messages. They do not have a tracking number either. Admits problem needs to be rectified but doesn’t fix problem. On several calls I asked to speak with the owner, but he is never around. Last calls were (3x) were made on 11 Dec 2009 – no return calls. I get the feeling they are either going out of business of are just playing a game with me.
