I made a purchase of the body scrub and the facial peel. I used to scrub on my hands at the counter. I was told it was all natural. I thought my hands felt great. Since it was “all natural”” I would be ok to use it. The next morning my hands were so dried out they hurt. I tried using their lotion samples and it got worse not better. I tried the scrub again and it got worse. I washed my hands and started using a lotion I was used to using and it took 3 days for my hands to feel better again. When I went back on Monday after work I was told by 2 employees that I would get a refund and they were so sorry it happened and they completely understood and that it was good that I didn’t use it on my face like they told me to. They do not speak english as their first language
so after speaking to the second employee
they made a phone call and were speaking in another language I didn’t understand. I was given an email address and told to send all my information to them and they would get me my refund. I sent a nice email and got no response. I sent a threatening email and they responded saying to send my info of where and when I bought it and they would issue my refund. I sent that information and was responded to by another person who said they don’t do refunds and they were sure I really did love their products and they would love to give me an exchange. I don’t know what part of “”skin reaction”” they didn’t understand. I don’t want their products that I couldn’t use. It turns out all of their products aren’t all natural
they have perfumes in them that I am allergic to. I was lied to. I wasn’t told at the time that there was a no refund policy. They said it was on the screen you sign
but the person selling it to you has to scroll down for you to see it. The person that emailed me basically called his employees liars because they all said I would get a full refund
