My experience has been similar to several others. I ordered the free trial of colon cleanse. Received it in a timely manner and began calling and calling to try and cancel the outrageously expensive follow-up orders. No answer, no answer, no answer. That’s when I tried to Google the name of the company and discovered the other people that are complaining and dealing with them. I have yet to get a hold of the company by phone.nI have talked to my bank and explained what has happened, have offered to show them numerous copies of complaints and they stopped payment on future orders. nHowever, today, I checked my account and there was a charge from Nubodi for the exact amount quoted in their letter: $87.31. I called the bank and the bank apologized and a supervisor told me that the only way to stop the charges in future is to cancel my debit card (because that is the card I used) and get a new debit card. nSo, now, I have to get a new debit card and then dispute that charge—which may take up to 2 weeks! nI cannot believe that this has happened. For future Internet purchases, I will only go through Paypal or be sure of the site that I am communicating with!nWhat a way for someone to make money! nSharonnHouston, TexasU.S.A.
