I placed an order for two bottles of lotion. They took a little longer than I thought they should have; but I did eventually receive them, so I placed another order a month later for 3 bottles. nI only received two, but was billed for three. When I inquired, Brian Walker did respond to say that he would send another bottle right out. That was the last I ever heard from Mr. Walker. I wrote his numerous e-mails, requested a substitute if necessary, and even threatened contacting the Better Businss Bureau – but he has never responded. nOnce I came across these Rip Off reports, I realized I won’t ever hear from him. nJaknScarborough, MaineU.S.A.
