Complaint: Looking at the other reports here, this appears to be a trend with this company. I ordered a set of grips for my bike in June. They gladly accepted the $140, but still haven’t sent them to me. During this time, I’ve received one email response stating the company was under new management and that I would recieve the order shortly. That was around three month ago. since then, they refuse to reply to any emails sent to any of thier company addresses. The phone line is always busy and the mailbox is always full. A couple of times I’ve actually gotten someone on the phone they’ve been very friendly, explaining that they messed up and never ordered the product but they would get it to me within a week. So far, its been a buch of BS. It’s kind of sad. I was hoping to order a lot from them for my new bike. Right now, I’m just hoping I didn’t get robbed.
