The Alaska Club Anchorage Alaska Review

It was real easy to join, didn’t take long and they had a special that time a year so there was no big costs. But when we started going we noticed it was very crowed and stinky. They just want to make a profit by getting as many people as they can join then make it very hard to cancel the membership. They paid a law firm a lot of money to make a very unfair contract to most people. When I first tried to cancel they said that I couldn’t even do it at the location that I signed up at. They gave me a number to call and of course when I called it there was a 15 min estimated wait time. The bathrooms were very stinky and crowed during the day. It was hard to use the weight machines because people would hog some of the machines. A number of times I had to complain to the staff that two people were hoging the machines and not moving around. Not much was done each time. When I moved down to Homer they wanted all kinds of documents as proof, even a letter from my very buzy boss. I wish I never joined. It was a big waste of money and time. If anyone would like to do a class action lawsuit, lets start somethink on facebook.
