Complaint: Very bad company. I talked directly with the owner of the company and he made me feel as if his company was very reputable and honest. When i called two weeks later to ask where my tracking number was, he stated that the transmission was lost in the shipping process, but stated that it was not his fault. This process kept going on for over 2 months. He frequently stated that it was the shipping company’s fault and not his. So i finally received the transmission and when the mechanic tried to install the transmission he stated that it was not a new transmission or newly rebuilt, but that it was just cleaned up and shipped out (not rebuilt). So here we are six months later with a transmission that has never worked correctly and now it has totally gone out. No reverse and a top speed of 30 mph going down the road. I contacted him about the transmission and he stated that I would have to pay all shipping charges and that is 600.00. Then he would determine whether or not the transmission had been altered. So basically its his discretion whether or not he will return the transmission rebuilt, and who’s to say that he just would’nt wash it up real good and return it once more.
