My Father ordered the Facial Hair Remover from a TV commercial.nHowever, he is allergic to an ingredient. So he didn’t open the product.nHe returned it via UPS.nTristar Products accepted the product back, then nothing.nWhen I inquired why their account had not been credited yet. They wanted proof that the product had been returned.nI gave them the UPS Tracking Number however, they want a FAX of the signed returned receipt. I asked for an email adddress so I could scan the receipt and email it to them. Surprise, surprise no email address.
