Turbo Lube / Donnie Beavers O’ Fallon Missouri

Complaint: They emailed me selling a Mitsubishi 3000gt. We signed contract for 30 day delivery in May ’08. I payed $3,500 down, car still hasn’t arrived (Feb. ’09) Filed lawsuit in St. Louis County. Sheriff served papers personally. Noone showed up, won by default but still haven’t received refund or car. It’s been 9 MONTHS since our 30 Day agreement. Business not registered with MO Sec of State either. Owner (Donnie Beavers and Brother Mr. Beavers) refuse to respond to any calls or emails. If they know it is me or my attourney on the phone, they hang up immediately. Missouri Secretary of States Office has absolutely no record of this business. No taxes have ever been paid, nor is the business legit. I won my case by default because noone from the mechanic’s office showed up. Business is trashy, dirty, extremely low budget. Owner made threats to me, as well as promises which weren’t fulfilled. Any lawyers or persons available to help, please email [email protected] Most of all, I’ve prayed for this business, as well as expressed nothing but Christian love for this man and his family. I’ve emailed him throughout the holidays, as well as called. No return other than ignorance has been made. I’m christian, I’m honest, and need help. O’ Fallon, MissouriU.S.A.
