My friend, the NUN, called to reserve a 14ft U Haul truck from the Manahawkin, NJ location and was called the day before we were to pick it up that we had to go to Toms River, NJ to pick it up. So, we drove 30 miles out of our way to pick up this truck which did not have a right brake light so every right turn she made, I almost crashed into her. As we crossed the Manahawkin Bay Bridge on the way to Long Beach Island, NJ, a cloud of smoke began to billow out of the hood. My friend called the location where we picked up the truck and was told to call the 800 emergency number. So we did only to be notified that it was a RESTRICTED call and could not be completed from either of our cell phones! We called the office back, were put on hold for 10 minutes then explained the situation — they said, “Are you sure you dialed the right number?”” (um
