It all started with an on-line inquiry about health insurance. I think they were the first I spoke to. Right away they wanted $290.00. They got that. nLess than a month later, I contacted them, via phone, and talked to John. Told him I wanted to cancel. He told me to send him an e-mail stating that. I did. That was in September. nHere it is the end of December and about $900.00 later, they still are taking money out of my checking account. I have actually talked to Pam in customer service twice. Now all I get v-mail. nI am unemployed, which is why I thought I needed this program in the first place. I have numerous medical problems and thought this was a good idea. I guess that is where my thinking gets me. Broke!! nAnyway, I would really like to get these people. I can’t get them to stop taking money out of my account.
