I purchased a wig on Sept 19 for a friend who was going under chemo therapy and she was so concerned about not having any hair, I placed the order on line and gave credit info etc, upon arriving the box was found by my garage door, I collected the box only to find upon opening it NOTHING in there except for packing materials, nothing more. I immediately emailed the company and advised them what had happened they returned an email advising they were not responsible for stolen merchandise during shipping, the box was not at all in any way deformed from entry – I do not know and hopefully this was an honest mistake that the item was not placed in the box, but at this point the company has refused to make this right with me, I have at this point filed a credit card rebuttal I would hope that the company would make right what was wrong, I don’t know if it was an honest error as I said and or if they have a thief in there shipping department, but I feel they need to re ship me what I paid for, I do not think I should go through all this with my credit card company because of their mistake. nI have as well filed various complaints on this company on many webs sites, all I wanted was a wig, not all this extra work for what was not my fault. nIF YOU WANT TO DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY BE WARE THEY WILL NOT MAKE IT RIGHT, YOU WILL HAVE TO FIGHT FOR IT. nTracynmacon, GeorgiaU.S.A.
