In November I ordered the Wen Hair Care products. It is rather expensive and they told me I had to sign up for the auto ship. And if I wanted to change that to call and cancel when I received the product. When I receivedthe product, I called the number provided and canceld all further shipments. nAfter using the product, I decided I really wasn’t impressed with it and it is still sitting in my cupboard. All of a sudden almost $100.00 was taken out of my bank account by this company. I called them to see why and they said I was on automatice shipment. I told them I had canceled it and the wantedto get the cancelation # and after all these months I don’t have it. Naturally they calimed they had no record of my canceling. Then when I tried to get a supervisor to get a return authorizartion number. No supervisor was available and they would contact me within 24 to 72 hours. Naturally, no one has contacted me. nI know we are in some tough economic times, but to take advantage of customers is rediculous!
