Complaint: My friend and i jointly purchased a new recreational vehicle from one Myer’s RV Centers, LLC in Churchville, NEW York. It was purchased new by myself and my friend in Dec. 2006 and we took delivery in late April 2007. The vehicle was a 2006 Itasca 38T, which we were informed was A ‘ top of the line” recreational vehicle and certainly this representaction was reflected in the purchase price
