OH MY GOD – I can not even begin to express how infuriating this stupid company is. For one, the product doesn’t even work. I’m not in dire need of weightloss but I was curious. not a single pound and trust me, I eat healthily and exercise and no change using this rubbish snake oil. Secondly, when the rep called to see if I wanted to order the trial, I asked her a question and she got confused because she lost her spot on her script which I could hear her reading directly from. Talk about skillz! So yeah, not the most intelligent staff so I don’t know why I was so surprised at the end result. So I go looking for the company to call and cancel. I could not find them on the internet. ok, red flag. I’d tried to call back the number they had initially called me on to sell it to me – you can’t call back. Then my husband calls me at work: they’ve charged us $99 and there is 3 bottles at our front door in the mail. WTF! So he finds a phone number on the package at long last, I call them and she has the worst attitutde, the phone number is all over the bottle and the package in the mail she tells me in a horrid little sour tone. I said ok well I’m at work and I should have the opportunity for a refund. No we don’t do that – it’s my f**king money, and yes, you definitely should refund. I am fuming, how has this bulls*** company not been shut down or processes been investigated? FIX IT NOW!!
