I went to have my hair low-lighted at Yana Beauty Salon located in Addison, TX. I bought a Groupon Voucher and that’s how I found out about her salon. I simply ask Yana for a trim, which I’m ok with the cut; and a low light because my dark low-lights were too wide. She completly took out my low-lights and I ended up with yellow & brassy hair. I left and after a couple of days passed, I texted her telling her my hair color looked horrible because once I washed it, I saw then how really bad it was. She said to come back in for a correction. She put hi-lights in my hair and put a toner on my hair. She said she wouldn’t charge me $40 for the toner and I thought a correction should not cost me anything. She told me prior to putting the toner in it would be $40 and I had told her no, I had spent enough on my hair. My hair turned out purple and she assured me once I washed my hair, the purple would go away. Well, after 4 washings, my hair was still purple, so I went to The Color Studio and my stylist ( I had been there one time before) got the purple out and re-colored my hair to my satifaction. I am now disputing the Yana charges with my bank for the two charges.
